At Oval we are looking to innovate the traditional finance space with a new completely disintermediated platform for saving and investing. We believe that intermediation is over, with technology disruption, in a number of industries, replacing the middleman. We want to do the same for finance. It is an ambitious task and thus we are looking for people to join the Oval team to help make this happen.

  • You strive in a destructured startup environment and are not afraid to work remotely or across countries and are not looking for the 9 to 5 role.

  • You will work with key stakeholders across the company to set and execute the strategy and roadmap for Oval’s long-term business development.

  • You will maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed strong company goals

  • You will develop meaningful relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy

  • Yo will be responsible to support the deal process from relationship building with financial product and service partners to due diligence and compliance, all the way through post-contract signing integration

  • You will coordinate across compliance, tech and marketing to achieve the fastest growth for the company and you will design processes that make this more efficient

  • You will evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses

  • You will act as an advocate for external partners internally in the company

  • You create playbooks, dashboards, automated systems and training modules for the successful development of initiatives across the company and for building a larger team

  • You love to enhance the image of Oval by coordinating with marketing, design and PR to best execute on the creation of content that promotes the closed key partner initiatives.

  • You will provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to the team on strategy.
